Today is Thanksgiving and a day to truly give thanks, for all that we are blessed with. With everything that’s going on in the world today, it’s easy to forget about all we have been given. Pilgrims took time to be thankful, even though their living conditions were hard. We have so much and we need to take the time to say thanks as well. What am I thankful for? I am thankful for all of the brave men and women that have served in our Military and for those that made the ultimate sacrifice so that I can live in this great country. I am thankful for all of the preps I have been able acquire and I am thankful for all of my Prepper friends as well. I am the most thankful for my Family and for you, my readers without whom this blog would not be possible!
I would like to take this chance to ask you to remember the Homeless and especially the homeless Veterans, as they have given so much and now have so little. You would be amazed at the difference you can make with something as small as a hot meal and a warm pair of socks or gloves at this time of year. Make a difference in someone’s life this Thanksgiving and show just how thankful you are for the blessings you have.
