Broken Mirror by Michel Savage

Hello, my friend and welcome back!  A couple of months back, I received a book about survivors of an asteroid hit by the asteroid known as “Apophis”.  It’s an actual Asteroid that has flown by the earth several times in the past and is threatening to hit the earth in the future.  Grab a cup of coffee and have a seat while we visit.

Now, I must admit that this book is not one that I would have naturally selected off a shelf at the bookstore.  Maybe I should rethink the books I normally read, because this one, I really enjoyed.  Michel did a great job of writing a story, which is very entertaining and does a great job of showing the challenges which survivors of such a disaster would face.

It’s full of action, and contains many twist and turns along the way.  I thoroughly enjoyed “Broken Mirror” and can recommend it to my readers without hesitation.

Off Grid and free by Ron Melchiore

Ron contacted me and asked if I would look at his book and video and possibly write a review on the book.  After watching the video, I was more than happy to read the book and I must tell you that it was an educational experience.

Ron chronicles the challenges and obstacles he encountered along the way.  His steadfast determination and imagination served him well along the way.  If you have never had a homestead and want to know what it’s really like, then this is the book for you!  The book is chock full of ways which Michael found for dealing with challenges that anyone who goes off grid would face.

It’s a truly remarkable book and I can recommend it for anyone who is considering going off grid or even those who are already off grid and looking for new ideas to overcome the challenges they are facing.  In any case, buy the book and read it, you won’t be sorry you did.  This should be required reading for all Preppers.  Thanks Ron for making me aware of it and for your efforts in writing it.

All and all these are two books you need to read and I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.  If you have written a book that you think other Preppers may enjoy, then please contact me and maybe set it up for me to do a review it and let other preppers know about it.  Just remember, that I only give honest reviews and if it’s bad, I will say that as well.
