The Importance of GOD in a Post-SHTF World!

Hello my friend and welcome back!  OK, I  try to keep my religious views in check, but as I read the news lately about the religious persecution of Christians all over the world, I am outraged.  I keep reading about all of these people who claim that either God does not exist or that he is not the true God.  I believe they are wrong and in today’s post, we are going to discuss how your God and Religion will play a major role in society after SHTF.  Grab a cup of coffee and have a seat while we visit, my friend.

Let me first say that if you don’t believe in Jesus Christ then that is between you and Him.  I on the other hand do and you may want to finish reading this post to learn why you should and how it will play a major role in the rebuilding of the US.

During my life, I have seen people who thought they were going to die at any minute.  You see, I was not only in the Military, but I was also a Deputy Sheriff for a while and have learned a lot from those two careers.   Many people say and act one way when everything is good and another when they’re in trouble.

One of the “Golden Rules of Life” is that everyone prays to God when they think they are about to die!  I have seen this many times and have never seen an exception to this rule.  There are no atheists on a battlefield!  Everyone is praying they will make it out alive, without fail.

Now just who you call God is up to you, but you will call on him when you think you are about to die.  For me, that’s Jesus Christ and his father God in Heaven, but then that is just what I believe.  He has always heard my prayers and brought me through more than a few situations where I should have died, but didn’t. He watches over me and protects me in all that I do and say.

Am I a good Christian?  No, I fail him every day, but he loves me anyway and I continue to do my best.  The thing is that in a post SHTF world, everyone will become religious very quickly and you need to be aware of it, when dealing with others.

Churches will pop up everywhere.  Some will be good, honest, Christian people just trying to live the way they think God wants them too.  However, there will be those who will use Religion as a means of controlling people.  It has happened many times through history and is even happening still today in some churches. Just like the serpent in the Garden of Eden, they will abuse God’s people for their own gain. Many of these groups can become very dangerous, because they will not want to even hear that they have been misled.  You cannot save those who do not want to be saved!

Most, however, will be good kind people who are looking for God to help them survive in a world gone mad.  They will be trying to change their ways and get back to being close to God and the land.  You see, you cannot be one with the land and still be an Atheist.  Why you might ask?  Because when you actually take the time to look at the wonders of Nature, you come face to face with the fact that it is all no accident.  You will realize that there must be an intelligent design behind it and in that moment your eyes will be opened and things will suddenly become much clearer than before.

Now I’m not trying to tell you what to do, I’m just letting you know that based on my experience, this is what you will be faced with.  As with anything else, learn as much as you can now so that when the time comes, you will know how to deal with the situations you will face.   Churches of all kinds will pop up out of nowhere.  Many of them will worship false profits or idles while others do not.  It will be up to you to decide which ones you think are right and which ones are on the wrong path.

All through history, Churches of all kinds have sprung from hard and challenging times.  SHTF will be no different and you had better be ready for it when it does.  God will look down at all of us and will help any who call out in his name.

Now, if you are wondering how you can reconcile taking the life of another human with following the word of God then just remember this:  God gave his Archangels swords and spears because he understands that evil cannot be stopped with good intentions alone.
