Hello, my friend and welcome back! Have you been watching the news lately? Things are no looking good at all. I was reading this morning that even China is saying if North Korea does another nuclear test, which they seem to be working on and have said that they will do, then it will be a tipping point from which there is no return. Are you prepared for this? Grab a cup of coffee my friend and have a seat while we visit.
While we have always lived in a scary world, the one we face today is scary, to say the least. If you haven’t been watching the news, then you really need to start. The world is at a tipping point created in part by President Obama’s “I’ll pay you to shut up” approach to foreign policy. Be that as it may, the largest part of this mess is caused by North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. He is an out of control dictator, who uses fear of the outside world to control his people. His radical claims are the words of a madman who has lost all touch with reality.
In a nutshell, we have a mad man with nuclear weapons, who hates the US. Wiping them out and putting an end to this rogue country and it’s dictator is not a problem for the US and could be done in short order. The big question is how will China and Russia react? Will they simply say ” he had it coming” and rush in to help rebuild a more stable country, or will they react militarily like someone trying to help an underdog from a bully?
Personally, I hope we wipe the little fat guy off the face of the planet. However, are we really ready to go to war with Russia or China to get it done? We now have a real President at the helm who is hell-bent on restoring America’s greatness and I support whatever he does 100%. Do what we have to do and let the chips fall where they may. I’m 61 and there are a lot of other people like me who would still pick up a rifle today and fight for this great country of ours. With that said, we need to be prepared for the worst.
So what is the worst you ask? All out Nuclear War at the worst and invasion of our bases all over the world, at the very least. While I’m still unsure what Russia would do, China has a lot to lose if it to war with North Korea. Refugees would pour across their border at a time when they are struggling to feed their own people already. They also sell a lot of their goods to North Korea as well. Honestly, it’s a no-win situation for China.
So, what else might we expect to reasonably happen if war breaks out? Personally, I don’t expect nukes to be used by any other country except possibly North Korea. I think the use of powerful EMPs will be the weapon of choice in this battle. It’s already believed that North Korea has two satellites, orbiting the earth, that are actually EMPs disguised as weather satellites. The thing is that these will not ruin the land or kill people, but will cause a slow die off of the people over a years time and leaving countries vulnerable to attack, with little resistance.
Are you ready for all of this? Do you have provisions to get you through a nuclear attack? Are you stocked up on Iodine pills, NBC gas mask? What about Thick rubber gloves and duct tape as well as NBC suits for going outside in? How much water do you have on hand? Do you have enough gas or diesel for your vehicles or propane for cooking and heating? Will your shelter protect you from the fallout and Nuclear rain? Do you have electronic radios and computers stored in Faraday cages?
Here is a good link on preparing for nuclear attacks and a pretty good list of what all you will need.

These are all questions you need to be asking yourself right now and if you are not prepared, then you need to get prepared now. There is no waiting till later anymore. The clock is ticking, make sure it doesn’t run out before you are ready. Watch the news and keep an eye on what is going on. And above all my friends stay safe, stay strong and stay prepared. God Bless America!

It Sure sounds like things are getting out of hand not only in the USA but worldwide. I’m beginning to wonder if I should still sell my self-contained Mountain Hideaway or not?
I think the saying is “it’s fixin to get real up in here”.
