So, why hasn’t the President conceded? The answer may not be what you think.

Hello, my friend and welcome back! I know I have been gone a while, but I’m back now with a lot more information to share. So why hasn’t the President conceded the election yet? The answer is a little-known section in the Constitution that has only been used once or twice in our country’s history. Now, grab a cup of coffee my friend, and have a seat while we visit.

Our Nation’s Founders had the foresight to see that one day, an election might be so close that no one would concede. They sat down and devised a way to settle the dispute. What they came up with was pure genius!

In the event that no one conceded by January of the following year, all votes would be cast out and a new process would begin. That process was to allow the house of representatives to decides who would become the next President.

Now I know what your thinking… That Trump would lose because the Democrats control the House right? Not so fast, the house is made up of several representatives from each state. Some states like California have many representatives. This is what gives the Democrats the edge. The thing is that when the house votes for a President as set forth in the Constitution, each state only gets one vote.

If Trump has more states siding with him, then he can still win the election, and at last count, he did. That is why he hasn’t conceded yet because he can still win. It’s not about ego or pride, it’s about overcoming the altering of election votes by those who do not care about our country, but rather just want their side to win. No matter the cost to our Nation.

Well, my friend, there it is and the only history will decide who will win this Presidential election. I hope you have found this post helpful, and until next time, stay safe, stay strong, and stay prepared. God Bless America!
