Some pretty clever ideas in this video, EXCEPT where she cuts the excess strap off of the tie wrap proud of the lock and at an angle.
That is a CERTAIN recipe for a nasty cut when you need to reach for it or through it to reach other wires or items.
Better to cut the excess as flush to the lock mechanism as possible to prevent a LOT of cussing or having to place one of those cleverly modified bandaids. Unless you WANT to try the split bandaid attachment method, that is.
Otherwise, cutting the strap to create an impromptu dagger is perfect to accommodate your needs.
